The Georgia Athletic Directors Association is proud to join forces with the NIAAA to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital—and we need your help!
This year’s initiative invites every school in Georgia to take part in raising critical funds that provide lifesaving treatment and resources for children and families at no cost to them. No donation is too small—whether it’s $10, $100, or $1,000, every contribution makes a lasting impact.
Our theme is “GROOVE for St. Jude.” We encourage schools to bring energy and fun into their events—pick a song, get your announcer involved, and when the music plays, invite fans to get up, dance, and donate! From August 15 to November 15, you can host multiple campaigns at games, pep rallies, or school events to rally your community.
Ways to Participate:
Organize collections at football, basketball, or other athletic events.
Host a halftime “Groove Off” to get fans moving and giving.
Launch a classroom challenge with donation jars and reward the top class.
Add a donation option to your online ticketing platform.
When you register your school, you’ll receive all the details you need to run a successful campaign. Together, Georgia’s ADs, students, and communities can make a difference and help reach our statewide goal of $50,000.
